During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned APP that the trial is over and statement of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is recorded. Thus, parties are hopeful to the decision of the trial in short time. 2.

In view of this, Appeal stands disposed off with liberty to the Appellant to file an appeal which is challenged is not concluded main trial.
