Prayer Clause 'A' and 'B' of the applications reads as under : - "A) Allow this application and permit applicant to serve the unserved respondents No.1A and 2B by giving notice in daily newspaper Lokmat Mumbai Edition and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

"B) Allow this application and permit applicant to serve the unserved respondents No.2C by giving notice in daily newspaper Lokmat Solapur Edition and for that purpose issue necessary orders."
