The Petitioner contends that his father had made an Application for correcting the Revenue Entries, in 1985. Thereafter, the Petitioner moved a representation in June, 2020, after 35 years. 2.

Since the request for carrying out the mutation entry will have to be considered by the Sub Divisional Committee, the Petitioner shall make such an application to the Sub Divisional Committee, Sangamner, Taluka Sangamner, district Ahmednagar. 3.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
