The contention of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as full time Assistant Teacher is pending with the Education Officer. According to the learned Advocate, earlier the same was rejected on the ground of deficiencies. The management was not called upon to remove the deficiencies. Subsequently, on removing the deficiencies fresh proposal has been submitted on 25.08.2021.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case the fresh proposal is submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 11), then the same shall be decided on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
