The petitioner claims to be selected as an Assistant Teacher on 30.08.2021 to teach Physics subject. Vide order dated 1.9.2021, he joined employment. The due procedure laid down in law for selection and appointment has been followed and hence, the management forwarded his proposal dated 10.12.2021 to the Deputy Director of Education for grant of approval. The same is still pending. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that reasonable time may be granted.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Let respondent No.2 deal with the proposal forwarded by the management and consider the case of the petitioner for approval,

wp10621.22 -2strictly in accordance with the Rules, procedure and any Government Resolution or Circular, applicable. After proper scrutiny of the records, the authority shall arrive at a decision on merits. Let this exercise be completed by 30.12.2022.
