These matters were heard on 31/08/2017. Taking into account the grievance and the apprehension of the petitioners regarding the hearing of the appeals which in fact are revision proceedings u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code, learned AGP submits on instructions received from Mr.Pramod Vasave, Tahsildar, Nawapur, that the documents, with reference to which the hearing on the revisions is being conducted by the Assistant Collector, would be supplied to the petitioners on 11/09/2017, which is the date posted in the matter. khs/SEPT. 2017/10708-d

He further submits that one set of documents in each revision would be supplied to these petitioners, irrespective of the number of persons involved.

Considering the above, all these petitions are disposed of by recording the statement of the concerned Officer as above and with the following directions :- [a] After receiving the documents on 11/09/2017, the petitioners would submit their written statements on 06/10/2017.

[b] Thereafter, the petitioners would participate in the proceedings on the dates on which they are posted by the concerned Authority.

[c] All contentions of the litigating sides are kept open provided all such contentions are raised in their written statements, which would be considered while deciding the revision.
