Present application has been filed for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.8 on record, however there is delay of 28 days.

It has been contended that, the application has been preferred after the intimation was given about death and also on the supply of information about the legal representatives.

Taking into consideration the fact that the delay is unintentional, it is condoned. The right to sue survives against respondent No.8, therefore the legal representatives of respondent No.8 be brought on record before 18-01-2019.
