1) Heard. When the present matters were called, it is revealed that office remark shows that the respondent/s are not served. Learned Counsel Shri Chavan submits that he has instructions to appear in all these matters for the original claimant/s and in some of the matters, he has also filed the Vakalatnama. Appearance of Shri Chavan is recorded. Service complete.

2) Delay in some matters of 827 and in some matter of 828 days has caused in filing the present appeals

by the acquiring body. Learned counsel appearing for the original claimant/s has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. The learned Counsel, however, mentioned that if at all the delay is to be condoned, the appeals be immediately taken up for final disposal at admission stage. Recording the submission so made by learned Counsel, the delay is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are allowed. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

3) On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondent/s returnable after four weeks. Shri Chavan, learned counsel waives service for the Respondent/s - original claimant. Service complete. Place the matters for final disposal at admission stage after four weeks. Call R and P.

4) Execution of the Awards, impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to

deposit of the entire amount under each of the Awards by the acquiring body in this Court with interest thereon within 12 weeks from the date of this order. Civil Applications for stay stand disposed of.
