Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, names of original claimants - respondent Nos. 4B and 4C herein are changed after their marriage. Therefore requested for Pooja K.

{2} 925-CA-13645-2022 correcting the name of applicant No.4B from Anita Kashinath Wagh to Lalita Mohan Vakhare and applicant No.4C from Kavita Kashinath Wagh to Kavita Yogesh Suralkar and also requested that the ofce be directed to transfer the amount in the corrected names of applicant Nos.4B and 4C.

I have heard all the learned Counsel. Considering the fact that, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have preferred appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, the names of original claimant Nos.4B and 4C are changed after their marriage and hence, the names of applicant Nos.4B and 4C appearing in the said judgment. Hence, I pass following order :-

ORDER

(a) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. (b) The Civil Application is disposed of.
