PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.7.2015, by which Appeal No.199 of 2014 has been rejected only on the count that the appeal suffers from delay of eight years and nine months. 2.

The petitioner claims time bound promotion. The petitioner has been punished for unauthorized absenteeism from 13.8.2002 till 7.8.2005 after conducting a departmental enquiry.

After this Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, the petitioner submits that leave to withdraw the petition be granted and respondent No.3 may decide the pending representations dated 4.12.2013 and 23.7.2014, which are pending before the said authority. 4.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to request respondent No.3 to decide his pending representations dated 4.12.2013 and 23.7.2014. It is expected that respondent No.3 shall decide the same, if not already decided, within a period of eight weeks from today.
