The petitioner has challenged the certificate dated 6.12.2008 under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 before this Court by filing a petition on 30.4.2014. 2.

It is informed that though the proceedings under Section 154 of the said Act were initiated, the order passed by the competent authority refusing to condone the delay, since sub-section 2A was not complied with, has not been challenged by the petitioner. 3.
