The learned Advocate representing the respondent/Sansthan places on record a copy of the daily proceedings sheet dated 07.09.2022 in Departmental Enquiry No.69/2022, which is marked as 'X' for identification. He submits that the petitioner himself has now chosen another elected office bearer and the Enquiry Officer has accorded permission to allow such person Mr.Sunil Devidas Bansode to officiate as a defence representative of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, this petition rendered infructuous and stands disposed off.
