1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties at length.

2] The learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that instead of delaying the matter in this Court, they submit that it would be more appropriate that the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani be directed to decide the audit objections of the petitioner and submit it'

s report.

3] In view of the same, the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad, which is at Page 183 of the Petition is set aside.

4] The parties to appear before the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani on 4th September, 2023. The Authority after considering the material produced before it to conclude the proceedings within 15 days and submit supplementary report to respondent no.1.

5] The petitioner is permitted to file documents / account statements before the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani.

6] No adjournment would be sought before the aforesaid authorities by the parties in the matter.

7] Until the report is received from the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani, the proceedings before the respondent no.1 would remain stayed.

8] Once the report is received from the District Special Auditor, Class-I, Co-operative Societies, Parbhani, the respondent no.1 to proceed further to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

9] In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
