As per the order of this Court, the petitioner was directed to furnish the Bank guarantee. The petitioner had obtained the Bank guarantee and produced before the Registrar (Judicial). However, as it was not in prescribed format prepared by this Court, he could not receive it. Hence, this application for directing the Bank to furnish the Bank guarantee in the prescribed format.

Learned counsel for the concerned Bank appeared and states that the bank has accepted the prescribed proforma and bank guarantee is ready. But the applicant is not collecting it. The bank is ready to issue the bank guarantee in the prescribed proforma but it should be considered from the date of issuing the earlier bank guarantee i.e. 10.07.2023.

The relief which the applicant is seeking has been accepted by the bank. Hence, nothing remained in the application. The applicant may go to the Bank and collect the Bank guarantee in the prescribed format.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.
