The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The result of the petitioner's 1st year B.H.M.S course is withheld.

Considering the above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

I] The respondent committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12th March, 2018.

III] The respondent shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination and if otherwise eligible, shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting the studies in the 2nd year, only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

IV] The respondent may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
