By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for liberty to place additional documents on record, as set out in prayer clause B which reads as under:- "B) B. By issuing appropriate orders or directions like in the nature, the applicants may kindly be permitted to produce the same documents i.e. i) The enquiry report dt.04.03.2022 submitted by the Extension Officer(Education), Panchayat Samittee, Nanded towards Block Education

14.07.2022 issued by Res.No.5 to Res.No.7, iv) the communication dtd.02.08.2022 issued by Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samittee, Nanded to Res.No.5 & v) the report dtd.11.01.2023 submitted by the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samittee, Nanded to Res.No.5 on record with the prior permission of this Hon'ble Court."

None of the Respondents have entered their affidavit in reply. Placing documents on record would cause no prejudice to them.

Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B.

The Applicants/ Petitioners shall place all these documents on record along with a short affidavit with proper pagination in continuation, within two weeks. 5.

The Respondents are at liberty to enter their composite affidavit in reply on or before 29.09.2023. 6.

List the Writ Petition on 05.10.2023.
