The petitioner is seeking condonation of delay and restoration of the writ petition registration of which has been refused for non-removal of the office objections.

Issue notice. Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the scrutiny committee, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the office objections are now removed and the petitioner deposits costs of Rs.3000/- in the office within two weeks. 4. If the office is unable to trace the papers, the petitioner shal co-operate in reconstruction of the file. Civil application is disposed of.
