Petitioner's real sister's claim is validated by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8296 of 2019. Petitioner has to submit the validity certificate on 04.09.2025. In that view of the matter, the Committee has to issue validity certificate to the petitioner by tomorrow i.e. 03.09.2025.
