Mr. Gawali, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner relying upon observations of this Court in Writ Petition No.9821 of 2018 in case of Yamnaji Ganpat Mhaske Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar & Others dated 10.07.2025, submits that impugned order can be assailed in revision before Registrar General under Section 9 of Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to approach Registrar General. Needless to say, the time consumed in present writ petition shall be considered while counting limitation.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending civil application also stands disposed of.
