Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Peon. The said proposal is pending with Education Officer [Secondary]. Initially said proposal is given in the year 2008, 2010 and 2012. Thereafter again proposal has been forwarded on 12/8/2014, however, the same is not decided. 2] Mr.Patil, learned counsel for management accepts that the proposal has been forwarded to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon. 3] Learned AGP states that if the proposal is pending, same would be decided on its own merits.
4] In light of that, we pass following order :
[A] Respondent Education Officer shall decide proposal submitted by Management seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Peon on its own merits expeditiously as per law preferably within four months from the date of this order.
{3} [B] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
