Vide the present amendment application the subsequent order is sought to be placed on record and also a prayer clause with regard to approval.

Even otherwise non applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit to the writ petition. The writ petition is not yet admitted.

In the light of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today.
