The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal for considering the petitioner on grant-in-aid is pending with the Deputy Director of Education since April, 2017. It is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In case the proposal of the petitioner for considering him on grant-in-aid, (Exhibit - 'F' Page 27) is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall decide it on its own merits expeditiously, and preferably within a

The petitioner may himself represent before the Education Officer.
