In the event, it is noticed that the Petitioners' land is acquired, they would be entitled for compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and all concerned Revenue Authorities would initiate steps with promptitude for acquisition of such land, if there is no legal impediment.
