PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Latange learned counsel for the petitioner states that, Head Master has forwarded the proposal to respondent No.5 for payment of salary and difference as per 6th pay commission (Exh.C). However, no decision has been taken over the same, as yet.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for respondents submits that, inspite of communicating the respondents, he could not get any instructions.

In case, proposal (Exh.C) is pending with the respondents, the respondents shall decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three months. Order passed in writ petition No.7699/2013 dated may 7, 2014 be also considered.
