This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration and for restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objections. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the relief being claimed by the petitioner, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the office objections are now removed and the petitioner deposits costs of Rs.1000/- in the office within two weeks.
