The learned A.G.P., on instructions from the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, submits that, the impugned order dated 02/06/2023 to the extent of Item No.5 pertaining to the Petitioner alone, is being recalled and the case of the Petitioner would be considered afresh in the light of the order passed by this Court, dated 06/06/2023, in Writ Petition No.5999/2023 filed by the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is satisfied.
