After hearing the parties and on perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any error in the same. However, for the desired effect as sought by the petitioner-plaintiff, it is open for him to take up proceedings.

In view of the same, present writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to take up such proceedings as are desired, advised and available in law.
