Learned counsel for applicants has prayed for permission to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant insurance company. The counsel for insurance company has opposed the request so made. 3.

Having considered the submissions so made, I deem it appropriate to pass following order,

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount, along with the interest accrued thereon, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
