The applicants / original petitioners pray for condonation of delay of 38 days and seek restoration of the writ petition which was refused registration by the order of the Registrar dated 25/07/2016, on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.250/- to be deposited with Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 28/02/2018. All office objections shall be removed on or before 28/02/2018. After compliance of these directions, the order of the learned Registrar dated 25/07/2016 shall stand set aside and the writ petition shall stand registered on 01/03/2018 and shall be posted for admission on 12/03/2018. khs/FEB.2018/13728-d

If the above directions are not complied with, this civil application shall stand rejected and the order of the learned Registrar shall be restored on 01/03/2018.
