All these applications have been filed by the acquiring body for condoning the delay of 422 days in filing appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned

1009-ca-12070-17 (delay).doc reference Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the original claimants strongly opposes the applications on the ground that whatever reasons have been given in the applications are not sufficient and just to condone the delay.

Taking into consideration the contents of the applications, duration of the delay and by taking liberal approach, the delay stands condoned.

Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
