The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is rejected on the ground that as per Government Resolution dated 25/11/2005 the post is not approved.

2] It is submitted that Government Resolution has been issued on 28/1/2019 with regard to the staffing pattern of class-III post also. 3] In view of that the Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a clerk. 4] While reconsidering the same, impugned order would not be an impediment.
