The applicant No. 1 and respondent No. 3 are present before the Court. They are identified by their respective Advocates. They voluntarily admit the terms of settlement now read over and explained to them. The terms of settlement have been verified by them before the Registrar (Judicial). The terms of settlement are valid. They are accepted.

In view of the amicable settlement between the applicants and respondent No. 3, further proceedings are required to be stopped and the FIR bearing Crime No. I68 of 2016, registered with Aashvi Police Station,

CRIAPLN5100-2016 District Ahmednagar on 29th August, 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 498, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code will have to be quashed and set aside. Accordingly, the said FIR is quashed and set aside. The criminal application stands disposed of.
