If the petitioner tenders an appeal to the Appellate Forum within a period of six weeks from today the Appellate Forum shall take decision in accordance with law and after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the concerned Zilla Parishad as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of the appeal.
