There was a common order passed in the writ petitions along with PIL No. 34 of 2017 including the present contempt petition. In fact this court had taken cognizance of the PIL. The court had taken cognizance of the communication issued by the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Beed and issued direction to register suo-moto Public Interest Litigation. In the said communication certain important problems

( 2 ) cp 500.17 concerning the acquisition of the land and disbursement of amount of compensation were detailed.

Said PIL is still pending and the PIL Court would take cognizance of the matter.

In the present contempt petition order of this court, according to the petitioner as well as respondents is complied with. In view of that, present contempt petition is disposed of.
