The learned Advocate for the five Petitioners and the learned Advocate representing Respondent No.5, who is the biological brother of the Petitioners, jointly make a statement, on instructions, that these six biological brothers are equally entitled for the compensation with regard to the acquisition of their lands in Gat Nos.15 and 84. The said compensation can be divided equally amongst these six biological brothers and can be disbursed since there is no dispute pending.

The learned AGP representing the Disbursing Authority submits that these six biological brothers i.e. the Petitioners and Respondent No.5 will tender a personal undertaking before the Authority and the amounts would be divided equally in six shares to be paid to these six brothers. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
