In view of report of Chemical Analyser and the nature of accusations in the F.I.R., in my opinion, it will be appropriate to confirm the ad interim protection ordered by his Court. 3.

As such, the ad interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 19th October 2015 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 4.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 18th and 19th January 2016 and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
