We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners, more particularly, in the light of prayer clause 23A. Considering the contentions and the material before us, we expressed our disinclination.

The learned advocate points out that as the District Collector is a superior authority to the Officer against whom the petitioners have a grievance, a representation dated 13.6.2022 has been tendered to the District Collector, Nanded. Let the said authority consider the grievance of the petitioners in the light of the record and draw appropriate conclusion as he may deem fit and appropriate. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in the light of the request.

The District Collector, Nanded, respondent No.3 herein, would consider the representation dated 13.6.2022. He would specifically consider the entire record in connection with the grievance of the petitioner. If required, he may direct the authorities concerned with such matter to file their reports. He would grant reasonable opportunity to the stakeholders and thereafter, arrive at a conclusion on the grievance voiced by the petitioners. Let this exercise be completed on or before 28.02.2023.
