The Petitioner has already worked in a difficult area for more than the period of three years. He has actually worked for 14 years in Gadchiroli. In the light of the G.R. dated 06.08.2002 the Petitioner opted Parbhani district in order to move out of the difficult area. He was allotted Manwat taluka on 05.02.2021.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that in February-2024, after completing three years the Petitioner will have to apply as per the prescribed procedure and depending upon the vacancies and feasibility, his request would be considered for the academic year 2024-2025.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would apply as per procedure in view of the above.
