This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant - present respondents. 2.

The First Appeal No. 3084/2015 is already disposed of by order dated 22.04.2022 in view of amicable settlement between the parties. The heirs of deceased are entitled to 25% of the amount each. In view of settlement, the amount is already deposited in this Court. Three heirs have already withdrawn the

2 36-CA 10062-2025.odt amount to their extent. The present applicant is also one of the claimants. He has acquired the right on the strength of will deed executed by one Smt. Amita Rajendrakumar Munot. The present applicant - Shreyans is entitled to 25% of the amount. This application is, therefore, moved seeking permission to withdraw the amount of his share from the amount deposited in the office of this Court.

The learned advocates for the respondents do not dispute the position.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

Therefore, the civil application stands allowed. 6.

The applicant - Shreyans is permitted to withdraw the amount to his extent lying in the office of this Court along with accrued interest.
