In all these matters the acquiring body is seeking leave for filing the appeals against the awards passed in the respective land acquisition references. Shri Rajale, learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that the acquiring body was not made party in the land acquisition reference proceedings. He has, therefore, prayed for allowing the applications so filed by the acquiring body. The learned AGP has no objection for allowing the applications. In view of the above, all the civil applications are allowed and the same stand disposed of.
