The learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly submits that when this petition was filed for challenging the impugned order, the Petitioner could not approach the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on account of lack of the Presiding Officer though that was a statutory remedy available. It is submitted that presently, the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is available and the Petitioner's grievance can be looked into by the said Tribunal. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to approach the learned Tribunal. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as is prayed for.
