This motion is for speaking to minutes of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the said order in paragraph no.1 only words "Jalgaon" is mentioned and actually the said words need to be mentioned as "Chalisgaon".

In view of above, the word "Jalgaon" as appearing in paragraph no.1 be replaced and it be read as "Chalisgaon". 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy of the order be uploaded.

Accordingly, motion is allowed.
