Heard the learned Public Prosecutor for the State. He would submit that as per the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2022, the report as regards to the procedure to be adopted in general by the police person when either this Court or Additional Sessions Judge, enlarged the accused on anticipatory bail, has been submitted. He also added that the Special Inspector of General (Law and Order) has issued an appropriate circular as regards the procedure to be followed after granting anticipatory bail by the Court. The ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant was confirmed by order dated 10.02.2022.

In view of the above, nothing remained in the present anticipatory bail application, hence, the present application is disposed of finally.
