In view of the order of this Court dated 8th November, 2019, Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent sole submitted the compilation of the

( 2 ) 845.18CP documents for our perusal including a proposal submitted to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar dated 8th November, 2019 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Junior Clerk on compassionate ground. The said communication also refers that the approval be granted to the appointment of the petitioner from 1st October, 2019. The copy of the said letter/proposal dated 8th November, 2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the respondent undertakes to supply copy of the proposal to Mr. Sangeet, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
