1] The Applicants have filed this Application seeking permission to deposit Rs.5000/- by condoning delay of two months in deposit of amount.

2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in terms of interim order passed, the applicants are required to deposit Rs.5,000/- in this Court every year before end of June of the relevant year. Due to serious illness of the mother of the applicants, the applicants could not deposit the amount within time.

3] Considering cause assigned, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

4] Amount be deposited within two weeks from the date of this order.

6] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
