ORDER:- .

On perusal of the wait list prepared by the management in respect of the eligible candidates who have applied for appointment on compassionate ground, it appears that the name of the petitioner stands enlisted at serial number 11. It is not the case of the petitioner that the management has breached the queue and appointed any candidate junior to the petitioner enlisted in the wait list prepared for the aforesaid purpose. In the facts & circumstances of this case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the

2 WP11714.2016 respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the placement of the petitioner in the wait list and it is accordingly directed.
