The applicants/original petitioners pray for recalling the order of the Registrar dated 13/08/2018, by which, the Writ Petitions were refused registration for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the same are allowed on the following conditions. :-

953-ca-11988-18.odt (a) All office objections shall be removed in the Writ Petitions on or before 20/10/2018 and then the order of the Registrar dated 13/08/2018 shall stand recalled and the Writ Petitions shall be registered.
