In both these Civil Applications, the applicants pray for condonation of 42 (Forty Two) days delay and further pray that the order of the learned Registrar dated 23/08/2018 refusing registration to the Writ Petitions for non-removal of office objections, may be set aside and the petitions may be registered.

Considering the above and the reasons set out, both these applications are allowed and the delay of 42 (Forty Two) days is condoned with the following direction.:- 'All office objections shall be removed in the Writ Petitions on or before 20/10/2018 and then the order of the Registrar dated 23/08/2018 shall stand recalled and the Writ Petitions shall be registered.'

After the compliance of the above direction, these Writ Petitions will be listed on 22/10/2018.
