The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 Mr. Wani, raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the State Government by way of second revision. 2.

In view of that, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. The authority where the revision would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs.

In the mean while the statement made earlier by respondents shall continue for a period of three (03) weeks from today. Needless to state on lapse of three weeks said statement shall come to an end.
