Mr. Tungar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suspended and he has already filed an appeal before Gurudwara Sachkhand Board against his suspension. The said appeal is pending since the year 2004.

In case the said appeal is pending before Gurudwara Sachkhand Board, it shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months, after hearing the

wp11340-2016 petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Board on 18th April, 2017.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
